CNS Meeting invites you to advertise in the CNS 17th Annual Meeting Program and Proceedings (which will include abstracts of all presentations) and via printed flyer distribution insertion in the CNS Meeting attendee registration packet. More than 1,700 national and international researchers and professionals representing all fields related to cognitive neuroscience will gather in Montréal, Canada, for this three-day event featuring symposia, invited addresses, poster presentations, and exhibits.

Deadlines

Advertise in the CNS 2010 Meeting Program

Publishers, product manufacturers, and service providers are invited to place advertisements in the 2010 CNS Meeting Program. This publication will be distributed free of charge to more than 4,500 cognitive neuroscience professionals including CNS members, Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience subscribers and meeting registrants prior to the meeting. If you cannot make it to San Francisco, your message can—with an ad in the 2010 CNS Meeting Program. The deadline for reserving space in the Meeting Program is 12/18/09.

Advertising Rates

Flyer Registration Insert

$600 per flyer inserts. Flyers are distributed to all meeting attendees via insertion in the attendee registration packet. Flyer inserts are limited in size, to one sheet and not to exceed 8.5" x 11". Flyer copy should be submitted to the exhibit manager no later than 1/15/10, for approval. Specific shipping instructions will be sent with confirmation of flyer acceptance. Flyer sequence is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Journal/Brochure Advertising

For any registration insert item that does not meet the strict one sheet not to exceed 8.5" x 11" rule above, there is journal/brochure advertising, $600 per journal/brochure. Journals/brochures will be offered to all meeting attendees at Registration. Journals/brochures should be shipped to Curtin Conventions and all drayage must be paid for by advertiser.

Special Advertising

ONLINE LINK - $50
A complete listing of exhibitors will be posted on the CNS Meeting website in January. Each exhibitor may purchase a hyperlink to their website that will be active from the time of the posting of the list of exhibitors through the meeting and one month following the meeting.

REGISTRATION BAGS - $5,000
Each meeting attendee can receive a registration bag to hold their registration materials. Your company can have the line “Sponsored by [your name]” added to the bag.

REGISTRATION BADGE LANYARDS - $3,500
Each meeting attendee can receive a lanyard to hold their registration badge. Your company can have the line “Sponsored by [your name]” added to the lanyard.

LOGO ON CALLING CARDS - $7,500
Your logo printed on a 120-minute calling card that will be distributed to all meeting attendees. In addition, you can record a message about your company that will be heard each time the card is used to place a call.

ADVERTISE ON THE HOTEL VIDEO CHANNEL - $3,000/DAY
Displays the day’s events. A sure way of catching attendees’ attention!

LOGO ON HOTEL ROOM KEYS - $6,000
Your logo on the back of room keys for all meeting attendees staying at the hotels. Attendees will be reminded of you each time they open their hotel room door. Attendees can take hotel room keys with them as meeting souvenirs.

“SPONSORED BY” LINE ON LUGGAGE TAGS - $2,200
Each meeting attendee will receive a luggage tag with the CNS Meeting logo. Your company can have the line “Sponsored by [your name]” added to the tag. Each time attendees travel they will be reminded of your company.

MAILING LIST RENTAL
Mail to pre-registration prior to the meeting through CNS Meeting. As an exhibitor you can choose from a variety of lists…, including student or international affiliates or a combination of lists. You may rent the pre-reg mailing list for a one time mailing. The list is available in comma delimited format. Cost varies, contact us for further info.
