CNS 2010 Registration is Closed

Volcano Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: The CNS Governing Board of Directors will convene at their soonest opportunity to further discuss the implications the volcano eruption has had on meeting attendees, slide, symposium and poster presenters. At this time, we do not have any information regarding refunds for registered attendees who cannot travel from Europe, as the full impact of the situation has not yet been determined.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You must contact us no later than March 26, 2010, to cancel your registration for the CNS 2010 Annual Meeting. For cancellations made by March 26, 2010, your registration fee will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations made after March 26, 2010.

Cancellation requests must identify the registrant's name, email address, membership level, and amount paid. Send cancellation requests to .

NOTE: Registration is required for first authors of accepted posters, slides, and symposia. If you are the first author of an accepted abstract, your registration cannot be refunded. If the first author is unable to attend the meeting and would like to appoint a substitute speaker/presenter, contact us at for approval. The substitute author must also register to attend the meeting.
