ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION FOR CNS 2008 IS CLOSED.

	Non-Member Registration	$350
	Onsite Registration and Late Online Registration (Paid after February 1, 2008)

	Non-Member Registration	$400

To receive your program in the mail you must complete registration with payment by 2/1/08 and you must provide a complete mailing address.

Pre-Registration Check-In and
Onsite Registration

Pre-registration check-in and onsite registration hours are limited (see below). To receive your badge and program (if not mailed), pre-registrants must check in at the pre-registration check-in desk with their printed receipt and a photo ID. No one will be admitted into any meeting event without a badge.

	Sunday, April 13	7:30 am - 7:00 pm

	Tuesday, April 15	8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Refunds

Registration refunds will be honored through March 21, 2008. You will be refunded the amount you paid less a 30% handling fee for each request. Refund requests must be submitted to Renee at cns_meeting@taramillerevents.com.
